Build your Career Brand
Career branding for GTM leaders
"I need to advocate for my own career."
Say it out loud. That's the moment this exists for.
Marketers spend their careers telling their employer's story. It's time to tell yours.
Especially if you're a director or above, paid well enough that leaving looks irrational, and staying because you're stuck rather than because you want to.
The distinction
This isn't personal branding. You're building your career narrative.
Personal Branding
Career Branding
Sells you
Advances you
Reads as an exit signal to the person you report to
Reads as ambition. Safe to build while you're still fully employed
Optional
Only buildable before you need it
What it is
Your career story.
Written once. The version that gets repeated when you're not in the room.

"She kept pulling on the operations side of my background until the thing I’d always treated as backstory turn out to be the actual point. What separates me from every other implementation leader with the same resume, and I’d never once said it outloud."
Eric Seal, VP Implementation & Customer Success
How it works
Built the way brands are built.
You've run this model for companies your whole career, but your career has been running without it.
The Diagnostic.
A 15-minute interview with Lianne, who spent a decade at Meta building executive stories. Your career story runs through three tests: could a stranger repeat what you do, could your profile belong to anyone else with your title, and do your materials tell one story or several. You get a scored readout with the answers, the single most expensive gap, and exactly what to do about it. Everyone starts here.
The Retell Kit.
One 30-minute working session to lock the single sentence that explains your value. You leave with five versions of your story: a rewritten LinkedIn page, the sentence, how to introduce yourself, how to open your interviews, a suggested script for a reference when your name comes up. And this credits toward the Build if you decide to upgrade within 90 days. Available after your Diagnostic.
From there, the path depends on where you are.
The Build.
Three working sessions over two to three weeks. Your full career brand platform: the complete narrative, evidenced, rehearsed, in a form other people retell correctly when you are not in the room. By recommendation, following a Diagnostic or Kit
The Narrative Retainer Quarterly Subscription.
Your job doesn't stay still, and neither does your career narrative. Each quarter lands a working session with me, plus a full refresh of your LinkedIn and story materials. Between sessions, on-call response when a real moment shows up (like a board conversation, a search call, a promotion case), and I respond within 48 hours. Cancel any quarter. Currently waitlisted.

"This isn't a resume; it's the source material for every version of your story you'll ever need."
Rachael Eagle, marketing executive
Your brand moments.
Careers move in moments. When one arrives, the platform is already built, so the response takes days instead of weeks.
- A one-page game plan for a specific role, delivered in 48 hours.
- The case for your promotion, written as a memo your manager can bring into the room.
- A prep page for each reference before an employer calls them.
- Your board bio and the case for the seat.
- One live session before a big moment.
- Your arrival story for the first 90 days in a new role.
- A quarterly working session to keep the platform current.
Who this is for
Marketing and GTM leaders. Director to VP. Eight to twenty years in. At, or formerly at, a company anyone would recognize.
People who can feel the gap between their reputation inside the building and their invisibility outside it.
Not for: early-career professionals, people chasing followers, founders.

"Working with Lianne turned out to be one of the most valuable investments I've made in my personal brand."
Henry Wee, Sr. Lead RevOps Strategist
How we'll know it worked
No one can promise you a room. What can be promised is that the story entering those rooms is built to survive them.
We need to measure what moves. Before we start, I'll get you to ask two or three people who know your work: "If you had to describe me to someone, what would you say?" At the end of our work together, you ask again. The difference between those answers is the product. Alongside it, we track the real-world signals: recruiter conversations opened, invitations that arrive, times your name comes up in a room you weren't in. And the document itself names the paths you weren't positioning for before: the board seat, the bigger seat, the industry jump.
Next step
One conversation.
In fifteen minutes I'll show you whether your LinkedIn could belong to anyone else with your title. If it could, that's the problem this solves. If it couldn't, you don't need me.
DO YOU NEED THIS?
Personal, not templated
Not sure this is the right path for you? Reach out and tell me where you are right now. I'll follow up within 48 hours to see if it's a fit.
